Happy Monday friends! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! It's strawberry season here in Florida and I had a major craving over the weekend. When I was younger I spent every summer in Bar Harbor, Maine with my grandparents who had a farm and some of my earliest memories are of strawberry picking with my grandfather. When I found out we had local pick-your-own farms here in Orlando I knew I had to go check it out.
U-Pick farms are a fun, free thing to do around Orlando and if you love berries, there's no better place to find the freshest and best! Why spend time in the grocery store trying to find the best container when you can pick your own? Saturday morning we headed out to Pappy's Patch U-Pick Strawberries in Oviedo to see what we could find. It was surprisingly busy for 10 am but the field is large enough where there were plenty of places that you could pick without running into other people and there were definitely plenty of strawberries to go around. You have the option of picking a 10 lb box or you can choose smaller containers that hold about 1 1/2 lbs each. We filled up 3 of the smaller containers with gorgeous, delicious strawberries in under 20 minutes, and I have plenty to make strawberry shortcake with! It was definitely a great way to spend a Saturday morning and you can't beat free entertainment! It definitely made me miss my grandparents but I loved getting to relive those memories of when I used to go picking with them and making new memories. So if you're looking for free things to do in Orlando I'd definitely recommend stopping at one of our U-Pick farms!

Happy Friday friends! Another week closer to Christmas. I really can't believe it. Time is going by way too fast, who do I talk to in order to get it to slow down a bit? I am still WAY behind on my Christmas shopping, thank goodness for Amazon Prime. I haven't even really done anything overly Christmas-y this year since it's been so warm but today is supposed to be the chilliest day we've had this fall so I will be finding something to do outside to enjoy it! 1 // I've been using this rosewater spray for what feels like forever now so when I received a recommendation to try this vitamin hydrating mist I was a bit skeptical but I gave it a shot. I am so glad I did! It's definitely more pricey than the rosewater spray so I don't use it every day but it's perfect for those days when you're tired or your skin just doesn't feel it's best. I've also noticed it works great at setting my makeup!

2 // I've been on the hunt for a pair of leopard loafers so I picked these up and I love them! They're comfy and under $50 so they won't break the bank.

3 // My love for Lush clothing is no secret so I was super excited when I saw one of my favorite tops was on sale! I currently have it in Fig but at that price I think I will definitely need to scoop it up in Sphinx or Navy... or both :)

4 // Since I ride the train I use a travel mug every single day. Unfortunately I only have one so that means washing the same one, every single day. Definitely adding this super cute Lilly travel mug to my Christmas wish list!
5 //  I am all about layering rings but truthfully, I suck at it. This super cute set makes it easy to layer dainty rings without putting too much thought into it, which I need. I've tried to get Kerri to teach me her ways but I think I'm just a lost cause LOL.

Happy humpday loves! Thank goodness we are half way through the week already! Last week was such a mess with the hurricane coming through so I'm extremely happy this week is more normal even though Monday and Tuesday were both super busy trying to get caught up. I know we're supposed to be starting to get into fall fashion but last night I was watching WAGS: Miami (side note: those girls are so much drama! I thought the regular WAGS were a lot but man oh man...) which reminded me that I managed to get some shots in while I was in Miami that I hadn't shared yet... whoops!

If you follow me on Instagram you saw this outfit already; which happens to be the outfit I wore on my first and only "free" day while in Miami and it was the perfect outfit for being out exploring on a hot and humid Sunday. I love how lightweight and flowy this Lush top is and it was the perfect amount of casual chic for walking around South Beach. Since I was planning on doing some walking along the beach I paired it with some denim shorts and comfy sandals, although I have to say, some of the the things people wear to the beach in Miami cracks me up! It was almost impossible not to laugh at the girls attempting to walk through the sand in their heels/wedges, draped in jewelry with their hair and makeup done. After doing some exploring and people watching this was the perfect outfit to enjoy happy hour in!

If you're like me you're searching for that miracle product that will take you from dorky Anne Hathaway to Princess Mia as quick as possible. Unfortunately I'm pretty sure that product doesn't exist (at least not within my budget and I'm not really a fan of needles so...) but it's worth trying new things every once in awhile!
