Happy Friday dolls! I can't wait until the day is over and I can throw on my pajamas and relax! This weekend is going to be completely different from last weekend, I plan on relaxing, catching up on my tv shows and doing some searching for a rug. Happy Thursday dolls! Hope everyone has had a fabulous week so far! I can't believe it's almost the weekend, I am so ready to sleep in and relax. Not to mention all the amazing food I plan on cooking for the Super Bowl on Sunday. I'm going to need to go on a diet after that! Ok so enough about how much I plan on eating this weekend (the answer is a lot) and on to my outfit of the day!
I'm not going to lie, I'm not really into Valentine's Day. Don't get me wrong, I don't hate the holiday or have anything against it but I'm just not really big on the holiday. To me it's a bit more of a Hallmark holiday and I'd rather be surprised with flowers or a cute little card on a random day during the year rather than on a day that companies hike up the prices to capitalize off of the occasion. With that being said, I would definitely never object to a present or flowers, obviously, but I'm not going to hold it against someone for just treating it like any other day.
I hope all of my up north friends aren't freezing today! I must say, it is nice not being covered in snow but it would be nice to be getting a snow day today. I am so exhausted right now I feel like I could sleep for a solid day and still be tired. I didn't get to bed early last night like I had planned/wanted but I did paint my nails so that's a win, right?
Happy Monday... I think. I seriously could use another day or two of this weekend to finish getting everything in order. I don't really have much of a weekend recap to share with you ladies today. I spent Thursday night through Sunday night (literally until 11 pm) working on the floors so I am exhausted but I wanted to link up with my girl Biana any way!
Happy Friday love bugs! Made it through yet another week and just like that, we're almost out of January! Hopefully that means warmer weather is on the way soon for all my northern (that's pretty much everyone not here in Florida with me) friends! Happy Thursday loves! I don't know about you but I am seriously exhausted today. Thank goodness tomorrow is Friday and we're one step closer to the weekend. Unfortunately my weekend isn't going to be super relaxing. Project new floors starts tonight so I won't be doing much relaxing until it's over but I'm nervous excited to get them done! Woohoo! Happy Humpday dolls! Made it half way through the week already not to mention over half way through the month! I'm not complaining because I'm definitely ready for the warmer months but I'm really hoping this year doesn't go by as fast as last year. Since I'm finally off my shopping hiatus I did a little shopping at my favorite local boutique this weekend where I found this fun, bright top which has me dreaming of summer.

I've been on the hunt for a good leather shift dress for awhile now and just haven't found one I really liked so when I saw this one it was exactly what I was looking for but I was hesitant to buy it online without trying it on. Since I already own a few BB Dakota things I figured why not just go for it and hope for the best?

Hey ya'll! Sorry for being MIA yesterday! Work was extremely hectic. I'm talking imagine a huge crisis on the second day of your second week that you're getting thrown into hectic. Unfortunately that issue is carrying over to today as well so I figured it'd be best for me to just take a little hiatus today and hopefully things will calm down by tomorrow and I can rejoin my little corner of the blogisphere happily! Happy Tuesday loves! I don't know about you but I am SO tired today. Staying up late to watch the game is definitely taking it's toll on me this morning. So today I'm all about being comfy and chic! It's no secret that I am all about adding a hint of leather to an outfit which is exactly why I love these leggings.There's just something about leather that is so sexy and chic not to mention effortless. You can throw on a leather skirt with a t-shirt and still look completely polished and put together or throw on a leather dress with a blazer and be office ready!

Brrr it's chilly outside today! I was starting to get used our upper 70's, low 80's so this high of mid 50's is definitely throwing me off! Hopefully it's not freezing in the office today but that's what sweaters and blankets are for, right? Although I won't complain about the cooler temperatures for a day or two because it means I get to break out the thigh high boots and cozy sweaters!

Happy Tuesday dolls! I have a slight obsession with shift dresses so when I saw this one surfing through Lulu*s website I knew I had to have it. I love the neutral colors and the abstract splashed bleach pattern. Lately I've also been loving high necklines as well so this was the perfect dress for me! Although I have to say my favorite thing about this dress is how versatile it is. Anything I can take from one season to the next is definitely a plus!
