Happy Friday lovelies! I am super ready for the weekend! I woke up on Tuesday feeling like it was Thursday so it was a long week for me. I manged to get back to the gym a few times this week and I got my hair done just in time for the weekend so I'm ready to go! And we have plans to go to my favorite brunch spot on Saturday so I'm just counting down the hours until the end of the day. Linking up with Amanda for our Friday Favorites!

1 // I just bought this necklace from Nordstrom and it's easy to say it's quickly becoming my favorite accessory. It's dainty but still makes a statement and it layers perfectly with everything. And you can't beat the price!

2 // How perfect is this sweatshirt for brunch? Not to mention it looks so cozy and I love the wider neckline so you could easily layer it with a cute bralette or wear it off the shoulder.
3 //I've been wanting a pair of light gold or rose gold pumps to add to my shoe collection and these are perfect. At 50% off they're definitely tempting me right now! But I'm also loving these silver ones... which would I get more use out of?
4 // These headphones are so fun! And the best part? They have interchangeable caps so you can switch them out as often as you'd like! I don't use headphones very often but if I had these I'd find a reason to wear them!
5 // GlamGlow has a new product out and I'm dying to try it. I wasn't a fan of the YouthMud mask but I love the cleanser and the ThirstyMud mask so I'm definitely going to give this one a try!

Happy Humpday lovelies! Hope everyone is having an awesome week so far! I kinda feel like my week is dragging but I haven't been quite as busy as work so that could by why. And I have a hair appointment tomorrow that I've been looking forward to so I feel like that always makes your week go by a little slower. It's been awhile since I've done a loving lately post and with Valentine's Day right around the corner (seriously, can you believe January is almost over?) I figured I'd share some things with you!

This tassel necklace is so perfect for any outfit and would add the perfect pop of color to a boring white or black top. No matter what skin tone, this MAC color {Kinda Sexy} is perfect! I've been wearing it every day since I got it. We all know how much I love a glass of champagne so this tee shirt is perfect and for under $20, why not? GiGi has the best sale going on right now. You can get this gorgeous Uber clutch for just over $100! I was so excited to see my favorite drapey tank tops from last season back in stock at J.Crew already! Time to stock up on some new colors for this year! I've been a long time fan of the MAC highlighter so when I needed to get a new one and they convinced me to try this one instead I was a bit hesitant. Now I don't know if I'll ever make the switch back! I got this exfoliating cleanser back in December and I wasn't sure how I was going to like it since I wasn't a huge fan of the mask but the cleanser is amazing! It leaves my skin feeling so soft and smooth and is a gentle enough exfoliator that I can use it on a regular basis without it drying out my skin.

Happy Tuesday loves! Our crazy Florida weather is back in full swing. Today's high is 73 and two days ago it was in the 30's. I swear you never really know what to expect any more. It might look really nice out then you step outside and and realize it feels nothing like what it looks. I've just decided my best course of action to beat the weather is to dress in layers.

This super comfy long sleeve swing dress is perfect for layering with a cozy blanket scarf. One of my favorite things in an outfit is something that can be taken from casual to dressy. This dress is perfect with sandals, boots or even heels. I decided to rock the Hunter boots with this outfit mainly because it was off an on showers (yay Florida!) all day and I hate getting my feet wet! I shared this scarf last week and I wasn't kidding when I said it's been a staple for almost every outfit I wore last week, it's the coziest, warmest scarf perfect with any outfit!

Happy Monday! Hope all my northern (and by northern I mean pretty much any one north of me since this winter storm seemed to get almost everyone) friends stayed safe and warm this weekend! It was pretty chilly here this weekend but luckily I didn't have a lot of plans so I got to stay inside cuddled up under the blankets! Linking up with Biana for our weekend recap!

Friday I headed straight home after work and attempted to make a gluten free homemade pizza for the first time. I used this recipe and it looks amazing but mine definitely didn't turn out looking like that. If anyone has made a gluten free pizza crust that they love, let me know! I'm on the hunt! Even though it wasn't pretty (definitely not picture worthy) it tasted pretty good. After dinner I cuddled up on the couch with a glass of wine and my sweet little furball and watched the roast of Justin Bieber. 

Saturday I woke up to a very dreary, windy and cold day. It definitely didn't make me want to get out of bed but I wanted to run some errands so I eventually dragged myself out from under the covers, bundled up and headed out. After running a few errands I checked out the new Whole Foods that opened near me and stocked up on some goodies. Saturday night I braved the cold, windy weather to head down to Cowfish at City Walk with Kerri, Kate and Emily to meet up with Ashley and her husband who were in town for the weekend. Don't you love our blogging community? It's SO great to get to meet so many wonderful ladies and become IRL friends!

Sunday was my relax day. It was still pretty chilly out so I didn't have much motivation to go outside. I did some blogging, watched tv and did some reading. Nothing overly exciting and for the first time in months I didn't even care who won the football games. Definitely the perfect Sunday!

Happy Friday loves! I don't know about any one else but I am certainly ready for the weekend. On Wednesday I woke up thinking it was Thursday so it threw my whole week off. Don't you hate when that happens? I have another fairly relaxing weekend on my schedule which is nice because I know it's going to start to pick up again in the next few weeks so I'm going to enjoy the downtime while I can! It's supposed to be cooler again this weekend so I foresee lots of Netflix binge watching and hot chocolate in my immediate future! But for now, linking up with Amanda for our Friday Favorites!

1 // We've had a few mornings this week where I've had to wait out in mid-30 degree temperatures for the train and I am so happy I had this scarf to keep me warm! I love the black and white plaid print and it is so cozy! I've actually worn it three times this week and I'm not even sorry.

2 // Rebecca Minkoff did it again! This clutch is perfection! I love the different colored tassels and the neutral base make it perfect for any outfit, any occasion and and season.

3 // Kerri sent me these Tieks yesterday and I haven't stopped thinking about them. They are so gorgeous and I'm pretty sure I'd live in them! Happy Friday eve! Hope everyone has had a fabulous week so far! Only one more day until the weekend and I am definitely ready for it. It's been pretty chilly all week and of course today and tomorrow it's supposed to jump back up into the 70's before dropping back down again this weekend. Florida weather is all kinds of confused lately. If you follow me on Instagram you already saw a little sneak peek of this outfit from Sunday.

Weather conditions for this photo shoot were brutal. I'm talking sustained winds of 25 mph with gusts of 40 and it was really chilly. But the show must go on, right? I wore this outfit on Sunday when I ran some errands and did some shopping before deciding it was time for a break for some appetizers, beer and football. Since it was chilly but sunny out I decided to rock the winter white look which is by far one of my favorites. This sweater is a bit over-sized which makes it super comfy (and warm) and I love that it feels much higher quality than only $20! I decided to pair the sweater with my favorite destroyed denim jeans and  comfy camel booties since I knew I was going to be walking a lot.Not to mention I love camel and white paired together! I topped off my look with a pop of color from my favorite Kendra Scott necklace and my GiGi clutch since sometimes it's nice to not carry around a large purse!

Happy Tuesday loves! Or I guess Monday to those lucky folks who had off yesterday! I've been trying hard to be a good girl and get back to the gym lately and I'm proud to say that while I haven't gone as much as I used to I have gotten 2 days in a week for the past two weeks. Baby steps, right? I'm hoping that pretty soon I'll be back to my regular 3-4 days a week but I'll take what I can get for now. Now that I'm back to working out either before or after work one of the must have items in my gym bag is this Dove Dry Spray! 

I am always on the go, even on days I don't go to the gym, so wearing black could always be a bit tricky. No one wants to be half way out the door only to realize their deodorant left white marks all of their black outfit. If you're like me, you don't have time to run back in and change so having a deodorant that goes on clear and dries super fast is a game changer. No more waiting for your deodorant to dry, worrying about residue and white marks and it keeps you dry and fresh for up to 48 hours! It's such a relief to know that Dove has girls (and guys) like me who are always on the run covered and it's great not having to worry at the gym if my deodorant is holding up. It couldn't be easier to use either; simply shake the container, pop off the lid, point and spray! Just as a warning, it does go on a bit cold so that was an initial shock to me but once you get passed that you're good to go and I love how it keeps you feeling moisturized all day. I don't think I'll ever be able to go back to stick deodorants again after using this!

Happy Monday! I always feel a little silly writing "happy Monday". I mean, I want everyone to have a happy Monday but is it really happy going back to work? I love my job so I don't hate going back to work on Monday morning but I'd be lying if I said I was excited about my 5:30 am wake up call. Ok, enough debating on the proper greeting for Monday morning, I haven't had nearly enough coffee for that yet. Let's just jump right into my weekend recap with Biana!

Like I said on Friday, my weekend was pretty laid back which is always a nice thing. Friday after work I headed over to Kerri's house for some wine, cheese and most importantly, Taylor Swift. Ok, not actually Taylor but we did watch her concert all over again. It was fun getting to relive our experience but from a different perspective. And this time from the comfort of a couch with wine in hand! 

Saturday was my most "relaxed" day. We did some more binge watching of movies, I may or may not have taken a quick nap and I ran some errands before settling in for the Green Bay Packers/Arizona Cardinals game. I even managed to get a little bit of time outside since it was gorgeous weather! 

Sunday I headed out to the Millenia area to do some shopping. Another "necessary" trip to Sephora happened where I stocked up on some new goodies. After dealing with the crazy crowds at the outlets we headed over to Yard House for some snacks and beverages. Trust me, after dealing with the crazy tourists an adult beverage is MUCH needed. After that it was time to get home for the Broncos/Steelers game. SO happy the Broncos won! Even the Orlando Eye seemed to be celebrating with it being lit up blue.

Why hello there Friday, nice of you to join us! My week hasn't been too bad. It was a little rough after staying up later than usual to watch the game on Monday and my excessive meetings at the beginning of the week made me a little more tired than usual but the week seemed to go by fast which I'll never complain about. I've got another pretty low key weekend (again, something I'll never complain about!) so I'm looking forward to getting some errands and cleaning done and LOTS of sleep! Happy Thursday lovelies! One more day until the weekend and I can't wait! Yesterday was a doozy with all my meetings so blogging just wasn't even an option for me. I could barely keep up with work emails, I was in and out of meetings so much, so I just figured I'd take the day off from the blogging world to make it a little easier on myself. And I went back to the gym on Tuesday night for the first time since September and man am I hurting. But hey, no pain, no gain... right? Any suggestions for easing back into working out? It's tough for me since for awhile I worked out 4-5 times a week, then cut it back to 3 times a week and then I just stopped for months so now I want to jump right back in at the weight I was at but that's not an option. FYI, getting older sucks!

Ok, now on to the outfit. I am so obsessed with this dress! I actually got it on sale a few weeks ago and now it's on SUPER clearance (under $25!) and I'm seriously debating on ordering the black version I love it so much. The dress has a serious boho vibe and the crochet cut outs make it a little sexy without showing off too much skin. It goes perfectly with boots or booties and I'm sure it'd even look great with flats... after I get a pedicure because right now my feet are staying in closed toed shoes! I've been wearing these boots on major repeat (I've worn them every day this week to work) because they are so comfy and perfect for these chilly days.

Happy Tuesday dolls! Whew, yesterday was a busy one. I had 3 1/2 hours worth of meetings so I felt like I was barely able to get anything done. And tomorrow is going to be even worse, 4 1/2 hours of scheduled meetings tomorrow. The joys of the new year! Hopefully it won't be too bad. These are the last pictures from my visit out to New Mexico back in December and I'm a little bittersweet about it. While the pictures aren't the greatest; my mom did a great job with taking them, it's more that the lighting is so different from what I'm used to and for example, these pictures were taken while we were out on a several mile hike, I'm sad that I don't get to go back through the picture and reminisce. Plus it was so fun getting to do photos with a completely different backdrop from my norm!

I definitely wasn't trying to be overly fashionable with this outfit but it is a cute outfit for hiking and exploring like we did this day. My boyfriend flannel shirt has quickly become one of my favorite articles of clothing in my closet. To the point where I actually went out and bought two other colors of the same shirt! In an attempt to keep warm I layered with a hoodie then my favorite leather jacket and even rocked the Uggs (not the best hiking shoes but I worked with what I had!). You can probably tell these pictures were taken in two different areas, some in the canyon and some at Tent Rocks Monument. Let me tell you, it was SO windy in Tent Rocks, I thought I was going to get blown away! And silly me doesn't even own a pair of gloves so you'll notice my hands in my pockets a lot in these pictures. Just trying to keep from losing fingers... :) I've definitely learned that doing spur of the moment photo shoots is fun but don't always expect the elements to work nicely with you!

Happy Monday friends! Hope everyone had a fantastic weekend. I didn't really do much for the first time in weeks so it was nice to catch up on my sleep, reading and tv in general. I didn't realize how many shows I was behind on! I even started to watch Making A Murderer. Unfortunately I didn't get too far into it but I definitely see why it's bringing out so many emotions in viewers. Hoping I'll get to continue binge watching next weekend but until then, let's jump right in to my weekend recap with Biana! 

Friday after work I headed up to meet Kerri and the boys in Winter Park for happy hour. It was rough being back at work for a full 5 days again so it was nice getting to unwind with some wine and people watching. The street we were sitting on has a bunch of parallel parking on it and I swear if you sit there for an hour you'll see at least one car hit another and drive away.

Saturday morning I decided to venture out to the mall for a bit. I'm not really a huge shopper, I much prefer to do it online, but I needed to pick up some things at Sephora so out I went. After the mall we headed out to my favorite local Mexican place for some queso and margaritas. It was kinda crappy weather all weekend but the weather was warm enough to enjoy the patio Saturday so we sat outside while we still could.

Saturday night was spent at home watching football and making homemade egg rolls. I'm not even going to discuss the game further. It was a complete disappointment and embarrassment by both teams and the officiating staff and that's all I'm going to say.

Sunday was spent relaxing and running errands. The weather progressively got colder throughout the day instead of warmer so we just decided to stay in and watch tv to avoid the gross weather. My pup was definitely super happy to get all the snuggles Sunday! He hates napping alone so I may have joined him for a bit :)
