Woohoo! The week is officially half over today and I for one could not be happier. I apparently jinxed myself by being super happy that I hadn't been sick in over 7 months because now I've been sick twice in less than a month. Who gets sick in summer? Apparently this girl. I guess it could be worse so I'm trying not to complain too much. You know what's been making me feel better? This dress!

I'm not even kidding, I practically live in this dress lately. It's the perfect combo of preppy, comfy and chic. I'm not usually a preppy person but I've been in love with shirt dresses this year and of course we all know my obsession with stripes! The material is super lightweight which makes it perfect for those hot summer days but still would be good with a lightweight jacket in spring or fall. For this look I styled the dress with some nude wedges and a fun hat to help keep the sun off my face while out and about in Sanford but I've also sported this dress with flat sandals and even Converse for a super casual look. I'm always a big fan of clothes that are super versatile and this dress definitely fits the bill there!
