It was another gorgeous weekend in Florida this weekend but the who daylight savings time thing has really screwed up my schedule! Oh and did I mention I decided to give up coffee for Lent? Yeah, you can imagine how awesome of a person I am this morning. I also went out both Saturday and Sunday this weekend (a rare thing for me!) so I'm already extremely tired even without the joys of daylight savings and lack of coffee. It's going to be a rough day! Oh, and ignore my crazy tan lines, I honestly didn't think that an hour reading out by the pool would have made that much of a difference but apparently I was wrong!
Ok, on to the outfit now! I got this skirt late last year from 4th & Ocean and I absolutely love the colors in it. The shades of blue, green and purplish black are so gorgeous together and remind me of the ocean. We all know by now my obsession with maxi skirts, which can sometimes be a bad thing considering I'm so short and most of them are WAY too long, but this one has a fold over waist which definitely helps. I decided to pair this skirt with a flowy and sheer crop top I got from Sophie & Trey which just added to the easy, breezy feeling of this outfit. I'm all for casual, comfy yet still cute outfits so this was definitely a hit for me! Hope everyone had an amazing weekend!
I am so jealous of your tan lines!! You look gorgeous though--and that blue color in the skirt is fantastic on you! Another friend of mine gave up caffeine for lent--you go girls!! I would be a raging you know what :)
I am absolutely obsessed with that skirt! I feel like I would wear that on repeat to the point Mark would be like "honestly enough with that skirt" ;-) Such a great price point! Wasn't the weather so pretty this weekend!?! xoxoxoxo
Love your outfit, Pamela! especially that skirt ;) So summer ready--it definitely makes me wish I was back home in California! xx Can't wait to see more :) Would you like to follow each other?
You look great! I'm obsessed with maxi skirts too, but I tend to have the opposite problem. I'm tall and sometimes the skirts are too short for me! I bet you'll get really good at hemming things, though. :) Love this look!

DeleteI am so loving maxis again this spring! I just can't get enough, but I don't have anything like this one. So pretty!
ReplyDeleteI feel you on the day light savings. I just felt "off" all day, but no coffee would make it even tougher.
