I loved the fall/winter tartan trend so I'm really happy to see it transitioning to spring in different colors and sheer fabrics. I found this blue tartan print shirt at H&M a few weeks ago and loved the shape of the shirt and the sheerness of the material. I felt it was a great spring transition piece so I decided to pair it with skinny jeans from Hollister that I rolled up to be more "ankle" jeans and a pair of navy wedges I've had for what seems like forever but I almost never wear them! I usually LOVE wedges but for some reason these are a bit difficult to wear. I don't know if it's the height on them or just the way they were made (or maybe it's me, who knows?) but I always feel super wobbly in them. Super cute if you're sitting but not so great if you have to walk any distances farther than you car. I really have way too many shoes that are ridiculously cute on but not comfortable or practical in any way. I probably should get rid of them and fill my closet with shoes I'll wear more than once a year but some of them I just can't bring my self to part with. Unfortunately my cleaning spree has transitioned over from my closet into my bathroom now so who knows what I'm going to find in my under the sink mess... I'm starting to think that me giving up coffee for lent has brought out this crazy cleaning monster in me. I can definitely tell the lack of coffee sometimes messes with my ability to stay on track... if you haven't noticed!
