Sequins and Sea Breezes: Buffalo + Leopard

Buffalo + Leopard

11/20/2014

I'm not going to lie, I totally had no intentions of doing this blog post when I did. I had always planned on doing pictures in this outfit but doing pictures this day was totally last minute and I think that really comes through in the pics so I apologize in advance! Not to mention since it was last minute the sun was going down so the last few pictures got super dark super fast so it was challenging!

But that's what being a "fashion" blogger is all about, right? Working with what you have and posting even when it might not be perfect! Ok, so maybe that isn't what being a fashion blogger is all about but that's why I put the air quotes around it ;) So ignore my crazy lighting situation and my somewhat bitchy resting face (told you guys I had it!) and let's focus on how much I'm LOVING buffalo plaid! I posted a few weeks ago about how much I'm loving it and that love hasn't faded at all so I had to grab this adorable black and white buffalo plaid flannel shirt when I saw it at Target. In that same earlier post I had paired black and white buffalo plaid with leopard so I decided to do a variation of that look here. Since the Florida weather is so crazy lately (80's one day 50's the next) sometimes it can be difficult putting together outfits but the best part about a flannel shirt is is goes great with shorts, jeans and even dresses!
