Chambray All Day
10/05/2016
Happy Humpday friends! It's technically my Thursday since I'm off on Friday but who's really counting? Ok, me. I'm definitely counting, but that's beside the point. I haven't had a day off since Labor Day and before that I hadn't taken a day off since August so I am definitely ready for a 3-day weekend even though it's going to be jam packed! Although I'm really hoping Hurricane Matthew doesn't ruin all my weekend plans... I guess we'll find out soon enough! Currently it's projected to hit us tomorrow evening/early Friday morning so things are definitely up in the air right now.
Ok, enough about the weather. This Tencel shirt has been on major repeat for me lately. I love how incredibly soft it is and it's light enough to wear on the warmer Florida fall days. I've rocked it with shorts, white jeans and even a leather skirt so I love how versatile it is too! This look was one I wore out running errands and then grabbing a drink at a local brewery a few weekends ago. I've been trying to incorporate a little bit of fall fashion into my outfits so I threw on my floppy wool hat to top off the look but instead of rocking booties I went with my Soudos which might be one of my favorite pairs of shoes. You guys know how much I love stripes and they're SUPER comfy! Alright, I'm signing off to do some hurricane prep just in case this thing comes at us! Wish me luck!

Yeay for a long weekend and for visiting a local brewery. I love this look so much. I am a huge fan of anything chambray or tencel. My latest post shares a chambray dress and I have a similar outfit with a chambray shirt, shorts and stripes, scheduled for later today. =)
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the long weekend Pamela. BTW, I run a linkup on Thursdays. So welcome by and share your style and awesome blog with my readers and I. Thanks, Ada. =)
Hey there! Your blog is gorgeous and makes me wish I was at the beach!! I always LOVE a chambray shirt!
ReplyDeleteLove me a good chambray top! And I love the shoes...I've been eyeing a pair but I really need to try shoes on. I can't just order online because I have super weird feet. My left foot is smaller than my right foot...weird, right!? Hoping you guys don't get a hurricane!

this look is one of my favorites! Enjoy your long weekend and stay safe/dry!
ReplyDeleteI've always loved the Chambray shirt look but have never found one I like. This one sounds great for FL being lightweight cause otherwise the thicker ones seem a bit stifling for our weather. Cute outfit all around!
ReplyDeleteLove this cute and casual outfit. Chambray will always be in my closet! Stay safe down there!
ReplyDeleteLove this look so much! I hope you stay safe and as dry as possible! XO
ReplyDeleteOmg love that chambray! Literally the first "chilly" day here I broke out my chambray and got so excited!! Love that you paired it with white shorts to make it FL/warm weather approved :)! Stay safe and hope your weekend plans aren't too ruined!
ReplyDeleteHope you're staying safe in the hurricane, lady! Wishing you lots of luck! :)
