Over the knee boots outfit

Happy humpday babes! This has been a whirlwind week for me already. I apologize for my absence on Monday, if you follow me on Instagram, you might have noticed I took a quick little weekend trip up to Savannah. Don't worry, that full recap will be coming soon and I can honestly say that I will definitely be making other trips to Savannah soon! It was SO nice to get to experience some fall weather since we've still been mostly in the 80's here in Florida. 
Cooler weather meant I could FINALLY break out these over the knee boots I scooped up a few weeks ago on a major score at Nordstrom Rack. Like most every girl, I had been wanting the Stuart Weitzman over the knee boots for years now but just couldn't bring myself to pull the trigger on spending that much on them. When I saw them at Nordstrom Rack DEEPLY discounted I actually thought I was going to pass out but of course I scooped them up and have been dying to wear them ever since so when I saw temperatures in the 50's in Savannah I knew it was the perfect chance. I ended up wearing this outfit out for rooftop drinks before heading out to dinner. As you can tell, it was pretty windy and cloudy out, so I was a bit worried about being cold but these boots are well lined so they were actually incredibly warm and this sweater is definitely one of my favs currently. I was skeptical when I bought it since it's only $20 but it's even thicker than some of my Express sweaters that were considerably more. This was definitely one of my favorite outfits I wore out this weekend and I will be repeating it again as soon as it's cool enough down here!
I'll probably be radio silent the rest of the week. Novie has another chemo appointment tomorrow and we finally get the scan to find out if it's working or not so keep your fingers crossed for us tomorrow and I'll keep everyone updated! Hope everyone has a fantastic rest of the week!

    Those boots look gorgeous on you!! I so wish I could wear high boots this winter, but I cant - Im 4'11 and look so stunted in high boots. Glad you had a good trip!

    Your entire outfit is beautiful. Black never goes out of style and OTK boots are just plain awesome! OTK boots has been on my radar screen for a while now actually. I am not sure what the hold up is but I haven't pulled the trigger. I'll go check out Nordstrom Rack to see if I also get lucky with one. LOL I hope everything work outs with Novie.
