Happy Friday Thursday dolls! Ok, so it's kinda like Friday since I'm off tomorrow (as I'm sure most if not all of you are as well!) so I'm going to call it Fri-YAY! Oh wait, someone already coined that term, oh well. Anyway, if you're just like every other girl out there (including myself) one of the main beauty things you desire is long, thick, resilient lashes. Am I right? I've considered getting eyelash extensions on multiple occasions but I just can't justify the cost even though I love the way they look. So instead I started looking into what could make my eyelashes look like that without extensions.
I looked into multiple different "miracle" potions and tried several with no overly dramatic results so when a representative from Strong Lash reached out to me I was skeptical at first but after reading some of their testimonials and checking out their website I figured "why not"? It couldn't hurt to give them a try and if it actually worked, even better! One of the things that I loved about them is that they tell you to give it 30 days before noticing any results. I hate companies that promise you overnight results because, let's be real, it's not going to change anything overnight.
So diligently I applied Strong Lash to my eyelashes every night for the past 30 days and I have to say, while I haven't noticed any huge drastic improvement, I have noticed a change. Now before you say "A change, really? That's it?" hear me out. Technically you're supposed to use Strong Lash twice a day, once before putting on your makeup and once after you take it off. Because I got Lasik on my eyes years ago I'm always hesitant to put anything near my eyes too often without knowing how it's going to react. Call me overly cautious but well, I am. BUT I was able to see results after only using it once a day for 30 days so that's pretty impressive! My eyelashes are definitely healthier, they don't fall out nearly as much as they used to and they do feel longer. I can't say I noticed a huge change in the thickness (yet) but my eyelashes aren't very thick to begin with so I wasn't expecting to see a huge change there, especially not right away.
I can't wait to see how much more my lashes can grow using Strong Lash! And for all of you Bachelorette fans out there, Emily Maynard uses it... so it has to be great, right?

    Sounds like a great product to use and that its been good so far!
    I do have to say when I saw the first photo from this, I thought you were holding a pregnancy test lol. This was a much different post from that ;)

    I want to try it! I don't use a lot of makeup, but eyelashes are the area I'm most concerned with. I have been using Tarte's amazonian clay mascara that's designed to help prevent lash fall out and I've definitely noticed a difference with that! May have to try this too. xo

    I like that you can use it with makeup. Latisse you need on bare lashes and that is definitely not the norm around here ;-)

    well this looks awesome! i have long lashes BUT i'm always looking to make them thicker and fuller. i have always wanted extensions too! thought about it before KW :) SEE YOU TOMORROW woot!

    I got a sample of something similar (forget the name, but they used to have commercials) and I was so scared because the commercial said it can cause your eyes to brown? And I love my green eyes...I did end up using it but always forgot. I still have it but I'm guessing it's expired? If something like this works and doesn't have eye-color changing side effects and I can afford it...I'm in!

    I think I might have to give this a try! I've been really considering lash extensions after seeing lots of Groupon offers for them, but I know they fall out after about a month so I'd rather the lashes just be mine. Such a great recommendation!
