Pray For Paris
11/16/2015
Happy Monday. I was going to do my normal Weekending link up post with my blogger bestie, Biana, but after the events that happened on Friday it just didn't feel right to me. What happened it Paris left me heartbroken. Heartbroken for the victims, the families of the victims, the city and for society in general. It is absolutely horrific to think that someone could do this. That for no reason they could just take the lives of so many innocent people. It was not just an attack on Paris but an attack on humanity. My heart is so heavy with the thought of how many people lost a loved one and will never to see them, hug them or even hear their voice again. While my heart bleeds for Paris, we all stand with them.

ReplyDeleteI feel the same way, friend. Heartbreaking in so many ways.
ReplyDeleteCould not agree more love - we live in a very sad, scary and hate filled world...hoping for change! xo, Biana -BlovedBoston
ReplyDeleteI agree. It was, and still is, heartbreaking. I felt a little weird doing my normal weekend post, too, because it just doesn't feel "right". I chose to keep up with the norm, while honoring those who lost their lives, because I don't want the terrorists to 'win' by creating fear. Praying for Paris, and our world as a whole!
ReplyDeleteIt has been on my mind non-stop. So so sad and scary. I sure don't understand why people are so mean and why our world is full of so much hate, but I am clinging to God and His promises!
ReplyDeleteSo scary what’s happening around the world… praying for a peaceful change!
ReplyDeleteMy heart is broken for the victim's families, and I will never be able to understand such hatred and lack of regard for innocent lives. *hugs* gurlie <3

We spent part of our honeymoon there and this broke my heart. I will never understand why people hurt others and why they would do this such a beautiful, magical city. I hope that despite this you had a good weekend though and that you have a nice day today too!!

It is so sad and crazy to see all of that happening, but I will say, now that stories are coming out of victims helping eachother during it, and the world now banding together for Paris--shows there is still some good in the world!
