Happy Friday and Happy Halloween everyone!! I cannot believe October is over today! Dear 2014, please slow down a little!! I haven't decided whether I want to do anything tonight or not, truthfully I'm feeling a bit lazy and it's supposed to get pretty chilly tonight so I kinda just want to curl up on the couch, watch a scary movie and eat candy. While I'm deciding what I want to do tonight I'm linking up with Amanda for our Friday Favorites.
I've been seeing a lot of blogger breaking out the midi skirts for fall and that made me super jealous. While it isn't quite the cooler fall temperatures here yet (although I hear they are coming this weekend!) I couldn't see any reason I couldn't break out my midi skirt. This is by far one of my favorite midi skirts, from the color to the material and especially the pockets! Every time I put it on I feel a bit vintage which is a fun way for me to mix it up!
I knew our fall-ish weather wouldn't last long. It's already back to being in the upper 80's during the day but I really can't complain. It gives me a chance to spend some time by the pool and who doesn't want to enjoy pool time in late October? Originally I was supposed to be going on a cruise to the Bahamas next week so I bought this gorgeous maxi to wear while I was there.
I feel like it's been awhile since I did a Birchbox review. Mainly because I obviously haven't had the best luck with the products I've been receiving but this month seems to be better so I figured why not do a review? I'm definitely still looking to try out another box but I am glad Birchbox seems to be stepping up their game and giving out better product samples. I just wish the samples were a bit bigger!
Happy Monday dolls! I'm finally back in Florida and getting a chance to relax after a crazy busy weekend! Apparently while I was in Mobile the weather in Florida decided to act more like fall so I've been loving the cooler temperatures and the clear blue skies but I heard it's supposed to go back up in the high 80's this week so it's looking like it's short lived. I can't believe it's already the last week of October too! Where did this month go? Well time to link up with the beautiful Biana for our last weekend recap of October!
