Fall Plaid Shirt Dress
Happy first day of October! Can you believe September is already over? I swear I blinked and it was gone. October happens to be my favorite month of the year so I'm not too sad although it would be nice if I was up north and getting to experience all the things I love about October and fall. Even though I don't get to enjoy the changing leaves, the crisp cooler air, or the pumpkin patches I still love the fall clothing!
When Kristina posted about this dress a few weeks ago I immediately ran out to see if my store had it available. I absolutely love plaid in the fall so this plaid dress was a must have. I have plenty of fall plaid tops but only one other plaid dress so this one was a perfect addition to my collection. I love the more neutral tones and the sleeves which make it perfect for a cooler day. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the material but hey, beggars can't be choosers right? I paired this dress with my all time favorite booties (sorry I'm not sorry they're on repeat so much) and a fun floppy hat because nothing says fall fashion more than booties and a floppy wool hat. The only thing I'm missing to get that "basic" fall uniform is a pumpkin spice latte in hand but unfortunately for me, I'm not a pumpkin spice latte fan. Give me a peppermint mocha any day of the week and I'll be a happy camper though!

    That dress is fall perfection!!! I love the colors and they look amazing with your booties. I used to be a huge pumpkin spice fan but I feel my tastes have changed again and I would much rather have a peppermint mocha! Salted caramel mocha is my favorite for the fall seasonal drinks.
