Sweatshirt Dress + Over The Knee Boots

On Wednesdays we wear pink! Sorry, I just couldn't resist throwing a Mean Girls quote since it is Wednesday and I happen to be wearing pink, which if you know me, doesn't happen very often! However, now I really want to watch Mean Girls so if you need me... just kidding! Kinda. Seriously though, while I may not be a huge pink fan, I just couldn't resist this sweatshirt dress in this color. I'm all about the cute comfort and this dress is definitely both.
Super soft, cozy and so perfect for dressing up or down, I have been living in this sweatshirt dress recently. A few weeks ago when it was warmer out I wore it out running errands with my Converse and for this look I dressed it up a bit for drinks and dinner. When I was younger (and lived up north) I loved sweatshirts. I had a closet full of them because I loved how soft and warm they were and the kangaroo pocket was perfect for holding things. As I got older I grew out of my sweatshirt phase but recently I've been drawn back to them, especially all the ones with cute details and of course sweatshirt dresses. I mean, how can you not love something that is super cozy and comfy but also cute and perfectly acceptable to wear out in public? Has anyone else been attracted to sweatshirts lately? Please tell me I'm not the only one!

Mean girls all the way (:) I got a blue sweater dress ready paired with my new blue open toe ankle booties ready for my girlfriends birthday party this weekend. It should a warm weekend for NYC 50F compared to Christmas/New Year here when it was artic like.
