With my birthday being two days away I figured today would be a good day to share some random facts you may not (or depending on how well you actually know me) may know about me!
1 // Despite the anxiety I get from traveling, I absolutely love traveling and experiencing new places. I've been to 24 states, 6 different countries and multiple Caribbean islands.
2 // I love trivia. I have a ton of useless knowledge so trivia is the only place I can actually put it to good use.
3 // I tend to re-watch tv shows I love instead of watching new ones. I usually won't watch a new show until someone recommends it and even then it will take me awhile to get into it. I'm currently re-watching The Office for probably the 20th time.
4 // I love to read. One of my favorite ways to relax is to sit outside or by the pool with a good book.
5 // I over eat on a regular basis. I love food and have a hard time with self control. If food is in front of me, I'll continue to eat even after I'm full. One of my former co-workers/friends used to pour a ton of salt on my food when we went out to lunch when I said I was starting to get full so I wouldn't keep eating.
6 // Old school Nintendo games are my favorite. I like playing the new stuff but I will literally play old school Nintendo games for hours.
7 // Speaking of video games, I can make my voice sound like Yoshi from Mario and Stitch from Lilo and Stitch. #imweird
8 // I'm socially awkward. I tend to get uncomfortable in large groups of people, especially when meeting new people, so I can come across as bitchy when really I just don't know what to say so I don't say anything. Once you get to know me, you can't get me to shut up so enjoy the quiet while you can!
9 // Despite the fact I never sleep in, I'm actually a night person. I love the quiet and stillness of night. I used to go outside late and night and just lay in my driveway and look at the stars.
10 // I wish I liked seafood. Everyone seems to love it except me. It sucks when everyone wants to go out for sushi and you have to either pass or speak up and say you don't like it. I always get weird looks.
11 // Blue is my favorite color. I would choose any shade of blue over any other color.
12 // I taught myself CSS. For some reason I enjoyed it so much I started taking some easy coding class and I now I have a very basic knowledge of HTML. I have a goal to start learning Boostrap.
13 // My nails are never not painted. Never.
14 // I overthink everything and tend to talk myself out of things.
15 // Not only am I an only child, I only have 4 cousins and none are within 10 years of my age so we're not really close. But I am really close with my parents and I have no problem going out drinking or playing Cards Against Humanity with them.
