Happy Monday friends! I hope everyone had a fabulous weekend! As always, it went by way too fast. I had a really nice weekend but I didn't take a ton of pictures so I decided to do something a little different today. Plus I had a lot of extra time during the crappy weather on Sunday so I was bored and came across some other people doing posts like this so I figured why not? I love getting to know a bit more about everyone else so hopefully everyone loves getting to know a little more about me! Let's hop right in to it shall we? 

1 // Are you named after anyone? - Not really. My parents decided to give me a name that started with P because my mom and my grandmother both have first names that start with P

2 // When was the last time you cried? - Ugh. Guys, I'm a crier. The last time I cried was just over a week ago when I was thinking about my sweet furbaby and whether I was ready to get another dog

Hey friends! It's been a hot minute since I shared some of my beauty favorites and I know it's been killing you, right? Right? Just amuse me for a minute. Since I'm still forbidden from wearing heels (yeah, in case you're wondering, it's killing me) and when I tried to sneak some wedges into a post my mom sent me a "wtf are you doing" text (hey mom!) I figured instead of risking it, I'll share some of my spring beauty favs. 

1 // I have to thank Stassi for this one but this airbrush foundations is EVERYTHING. I love how easy it is to apply, the coverage it provides and how long lasting it is. Definite game changer ladies! 

2 // Since I heard some negative things about Mario Badescu I was on the hunt for a new rose water spray and I happened to see this one on social so I thought I'd give it a try. I love using this before and after putting on my makeup or if I'm just going fresh faced for the day and it smells amazing!

3 // You guys know I love my highlighters and I've tried just about a million so it should come as no surprise that I found another. This one is so pretty, comes in multiple colors and lasts all day. It's got such a natural glow and looks amazing in every light!

4 //  I know it comes as no surprise to anyone that I immediately scooped something up that was part of a Be A Mermaid & Make Waves collection but I am definitely in love with this lipgloss. It's vegan and gives a gorgeous mermaid vibe oh and did I mention it's vegan?! Bonus points!

5 // As a Bliss lover, I was so excited to see that they developed a line for Target. From my favorite lip scrub to some amazing masks, they have some amazing products. And this is officially my new favorite facial cleanser. 

Happy Monday babes! Another weekend in the books! I was pretty busy this weekend but it was a good busy so I'm not complaining. Definitely getting a lot of outside time in which always makes me happy and I got some walking in which is just about as much exercise as I've had in 3 weeks now. I'm not going to lie, I'm beyond ready to get back to the gym. I've been feeling a bit down about my body since I can't work out and with bikini season right around the corner here, it's really tough not getting a bit of exercise in. While I'm still forbidden from cardio, I am cleared to do weights again stating today so I'll be hitting those hard! Ok, enough whining. Today I'm switching things up a bit and instead of sharing my weekend recap, I'm sharing a photo overload of my first full Universal Studios day with my boo, Kerri. So enjoy, or don't. It is what it is :)

Hey halfway day ya'll! I'm a little nervous that April is going to fly by even faster than the previous months with the way this first week is going but since there's nothing I can do about that I'm just going to embrace it and you know... smile and nod or something like that. Sadly with as fast as these weeks are flying by you'd think that my ankle would be better by now but sadly, nope. 

Real life, taking these pictures was such a pain in the ass. I'm technically not supposed to be wearing heels right now, or wedges, or pretty much anything that has any sort of elevation but some times you just have to do it for the 'gram, right? Wow. Just saying that made me feel old. But seriously, this outfit is so much cuter with wedges so despite the fact I actually couldn't even walk in these, I had to wear them for the pictures. I wore this top and jeans out (with flip flops) for drinks over the weekend and and despite the fact a friend who shall remain nameless said I look like someone auditioning for a telenovela, I LOVE this top. I'm all about the off the shoulder and bell sleeves and it's so lightweight it will definitely be on repeat for spring/summer.

Happy Monday friends! Can we talk about how it's already April? Where the heck has the time gone? I feel like it was just January like 2 seconds ago and now it's already the 4th month of the year and summer is just around the corner. I say that as it's been spring for like a week but spring doesn't last long here in Florida. Speaking of, the spring like weather this weekend had me spending all the time outside. 

Friday after work I headed to meet up with Kerri for some Universal Studios fun. We decided to switch things up this year and get Universal passes instead of Disney so this was the first chance we had to go together and we rode a few rides, took in a Mardi Gras parade and got some food before calling it a night and heading home. Be prepared, this will definitely become a regular occurrence for us!

Saturday the weather was kinda crappy so I ran some errands, made some food and pretty much just relaxed all day. I stayed up a little later than my usual bedtime watching the Villanova vs. Kansas game but it was still a nice relaxing day.

Sunday was gorgeous so I headed out for a bit for a few drinks and enjoying the sunlight before heading home to catch up on blog stuff for the week and do some meal prep. 

All in all it wasn't the most exciting weekend I've ever had but I certainly won't complain about a good mix of fun and relaxing. Any time I get to catch up on my sleep I'm always a happy camper!
