Sequins and Sea Breezes: Weekending

Weekending

8/03/2015

Happy Monday dolls! So some of you may have noticed a little change I made over the weekend, I'm now on my own domain! I've been debating on making this change for months now and just never pulled the plug but I finally decided to give in and just do it. I can't say it wasn't without it's hassles (the joys of doing everything yourself) but with a little help from Biana, I was able to get everything figured out with only minimal irritation. Speaking of B, let's get right in to my weekend recap!

Like I said earlier, I planned on a completely low key weekend this weekend and that's pretty much exactly what I had. I needed it, especially before our trip to Charleston this week and with all of the things I have going on at the moment. I wish I could say it was a relaxing weekend but unfortunately that wasn't really the case. I didn't take many pictures this weekend either, actually most of them ended up on Snapchat {follow along with me at pamelanicole84}

On Friday I went home after work and made an amazing prosciutto, goat cheese and balsamic glazed pizza. The original recipe says to add peaches but I'm not really much of a peach fan so I skipped those and it was still delicious! Paired with a glass of wine and some Wii that was the extent of my Friday night.

Saturday I woke up and messed with my domain while watching Lucy. It was definitely a bit frustrating at first. Even after following all the instructions I still couldn't get it to work so I headed up to the gym to work off some frustration. It was gorgeous outside so I decided to head to the pool after the gym but of course it didn't last. After about 20 mins outside it clouded up and I had to head in just before it started pouring. The rest of the afternoon and evening was spent on the couch watching movies and cuddling with my pup.

{Watching Bridesmaids and took that pic at a very unfortunate point in the movie. Although it could have been worse}

Sundays are for brunch, obviously. So I headed out with Kerri and the boys to a new brunch spot for some bacon and mimosas. We got a Groupon type deal for the place so it was a great price for an all you can eat buffet and unlimited mimosas. After brunch we headed over to Kerri's for some Sunday Funday shenanigans. Unfortunately due to personal issues I ended up having a bit of a rough Sunday. I stayed out way later than I originally planned and took out some of my frustrations on the dart board but I guess it could have been worse.

Hope everyone has a fabulous week! Mine is super short since I leave Thursday for Charleston!
