Sequins and Sea Breezes: Bonnaroo Bound With Teva #Ready2Roo

Bonnaroo Bound With Teva #Ready2Roo

5/21/2014

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Teva for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

With Bonnaroo less than a month away festival goers everywhere are preparing their wardrobes for the 4-day music event making sure that they combine comfort with style. Man, do I wish I was one of them! There is no better brand to combine comfort and style than Teva who just so happens to be an official sponsor of the Bonnaroo Music Festival!

Since 1984, Teva has been a brand for the go anywhere, do anything, live life for the unscripted moments that make the best memories type of person that likes to go out and have adventures. Music festivals are definitely amazing opportunities to create equally amazing memories!

Seriously, how perfect are these black and gold polka dot sandals for a music festival?

{These sandals as well as so many other great colors and designs can be found on Zappos}

The Fountain is a great place to view all kinds of festival tips and if you're like me, live vicariously through the actual festivalgoers Instagram and Twitter feeds. I may not be able to attend but that doesn't mean I can't dream! If you've never attended a music festival before here are a few of my favorite tips for making it the best experience possible:
1. Make a schedule! Figure out who you want to see and what times they're performing so you know when you need to be where and when you can afford to take a potty break!
2. Hydrate! Come on guys, this is a no brainer that gets so easily skipped! And no, I don't mean making countless trips to the beer garden as hydration. It's HOT outside and you're spending all day in the sun. It's easy to forget to drink lots of water but you don't want to miss Skrillex because you passed out from dehydration.
3. Sunscreen is your friend! Again, it's hot outside and no matter how tan you are no one wants to get an evil sunburn on day one and be miserable the rest of the festival! Lobster red is not a good color on any one!
4. Be comfortable! Sure it's a music festival and you want to look your bohemian best but you also need to be comfortable. You're going to be wearing these clothes and shoes a LOT during the course of 4 days. The last thing you need is a wicked blister that makes cutting your foot off  sound like a better option than walking.

Do you know any one heading to Bonnaroo this summer? If so what are your festival tips for them? Oh and if you're going don't forget to share all your pictures with the hashtag #Ready2Roo so I can be jealous of all the fun you're having!
