With the summer months right around the corner that means flip flops, tank tops and tan skin which inevitably means it's a necessity to have a great manicure/pedicure! No one wants to go out with jacked up chipped nails for everyone to see! I am probably way too obsessed with my nails being painted, honestly I don't remember the last time I went for more than a day without my nails being painted and I sometimes paint my nails several (ok it's been known to happen like 3 or 4 times) a week. I also get a pedicure at least once a month, if it chips before a month I curse the gods, or the shoes, for it chipping WAY too soon. So in honor of the upcoming summer months I decided to share with you some of my Pinspirations for the perfect summer manicure!

{There's nothing like a good accent nail and this one has two!} 

{Neon tips with a neutral base - so cute!}

{Coral and gold is ALWAYS an awesome combo!}

I always see all these amazing nail ideas on Pinterest but I usually just do a regular old manicure or an accent nail. I definitely don't have a steady enough hand do some of the crazy fun designs you see out there. I've tried the watercolor manicure, and the straw circle manicure and the tape striped manicure but none have turned out as good as the Pins. Has any one had luck with any of these manicures? Maybe you can point me in the right direction since I have more Pinterest fails than I do wins! :)

    I love all of them! I never do anything special with mine either, just a standard pink or coral, maybe this summer I'll mix it up a bit!

    I mean girl you know I just started to be able to paint my right hand with my left and not look like a toddler did it.....stripes hahahhaa. However that first mani with the rose gold I am officially obsessed. Do you know which polish was used for the rose gold accent? Off to stalk...... :-)

      Haha right?!? I can barely get my right hand to not look like a 2 year old painted it... some of these crazy designs are impossible for me! I have no clue what the color was but I'm on the hunt for it. If I find it, I'll let you know!! :)

    Love them all! My favorite is the first and third one.. I'm a sucker for pale pink nails in the summer. And there is NO way I could do this at home!!! I can barely paint them normal, haha!

    i suck at nails, seriously. they chip, smudge and look like i used paint instead of nail polish. i wish i could be better :( practice, i guess? i really like the first and third pictures, though i could never do them.

      Ugh my nails seriously chip after like 12 hours... it might be because I wash my hands so much or it could be because I obsessively pick at them if there's even the slightest chip in them LOL!

    For a second I thought your nails were in the first pictures and I said out loud, "holy crap" because they look so stinking awesome. You must try that! My hands are so shaky that I think any of these nail art projects would come out with more paint anywhere but my nails ha.
