Happy Monday loves!! Hope everyone had an amazing weekend! I can't believe we're over half way through November already... and I haven't even started my Christmas shopping yet. I think I need to start that this week or Christmas will be here before I know it and I'll be rushing to get gifts. Is anyone else as behind as I am? Oh well, we still have plenty of time! For now it's time to link up with my girl Biana for the weekend recap!
I'm not going to lie, my weekend was pretty uneventful, not that I'm complaining, so I'm actually going to start my weekend recap from last Tuesday... yeah I know, not even remotely close to the weekend BUT I did get to grab drinks with Amanda and even though I mentioned it on Friday it's totally worth another mention!
Not the best picture (her fancy iPhone 6 camera definitely beats my iPhone5) but I had to share these delicious mojitos we had. SO good!
I also was unaware that you get free happy hour at Embassy Suites...am I the only one who didn't know this?!? Oh and I think I need one of these chairs in my house ;) Totally felt like I was a queen sitting on a throne.
Friday was UCF vs Tulsa so of course tailgating was a must. It got pretty darn cold (by Florida standards, don't judge) Friday night so I kept "car-gating" trying to warm up. I think I just wasn't prepared as well as I should have been.
Proud to say UCF dominated the game! We're back to playing well again... for now. Oh and Light Up UCF is going on so I'm definitely going to have to go back down there and ice skate and play on all the fun fair rides.
Saturday was pretty darn lazy. This one slept and cuddled all day which didn't bother me one bit.
Got some queso because... why not? I have a seriously unhealthy obsession with queso. I should be like 300 lbs. One day it's going to catch up to me.
Sunday was spent running errands, cleaning the house, watching my Bengals dominate the Saints (Who Dey!) and preparing for my one year blogiversary tomorrow! I honestly can't believe it's already been a year since I started blogging! I didn't even realize it was my one year until last week so unfortunately I don't have anything super fun planned but I definitely appreciate you guys continuing to stop by and show me some love!
Oh yeah, and tried the cajun burger at Steak 'n Shake. If you like spicy things, try this! It wasn't too spicy but had a lot of flavor. Definitely worth the calories I feel like I'll be spending all week trying to work off!
Happy Friday lovelies! I'm not going to lie, I had every intention of taking today off from blogging since this week has been crazy ...
