Happy Tuesday dolls! So if you remember my post from Friday I told you about this dress and now hopefully you can see what I mean about it being so much cuter in person than on the website. Of course I didn't realize that until I saw Andrea rocking it last week and then I immediately knew I had to have it. Target has seriously been killing it with some of their stuff lately. And not long ago I complained about how in love with Mara Hoffman's stuff I was but how they're are no good dupes and then I walk into Target and I'm proven wrong!
The colors and the print of this dress totally remind me of something you would see Mara Hoffman putting out in one of her collections. I mean seriously, how similar is the print on this dress to the Target dress? Thank you Target for reminding me (oh like I needed reminding...) of why I shop there! The only thing I'm not a huge fan of on this dress is the hemline. The dress has a double hemline (the overlay and underlay) and I didn't feel like it was overly necessary. It goes throughout the whole dress so the underlay sometimes peeks out the top as well and that drives me kinda crazy. Since the print and pattern on this dress are so bold I kept it low key and dainty with my jewelry but totally decided to rock the lace up heels to edge it up a bit.
On another note, I'm going to take tomorrow (and possibly Thursday) off to deal with some personal stuff I have going on that I'm sure I'll share with you all when I'm ready. I prewrote today's post otherwise I probably would be MIA today as well. I hope you all understand!
Happy Friday lovelies! I'm not going to lie, I had every intention of taking today off from blogging since this week has been crazy ...
