I'm gonna go for look number 1. Anyway, thanks so much for this post coz everyone's going out there buying boyfriend jeans while I'm refusing to. I'm all for the skinny jeans and not looking frumpy. Haha. But yeah, if you can look good in them I could try, right? Great post!

I love both of these options!!! I haven't really tried the BF jeans look for the same reason, not really sure how to style it for my body type, but I love the idea of a graphic tee and then dressing it up with with a moto blazer and heels!!! Great post girl!
ReplyDeleteBoyfriend jeans are just hard to style sometimes! But I love the ones I purchased recently at Zara! My first real pair. xo!
ReplyDeleteI love boyfriend jeans but they are a little harder to style. I love the sequin top so much!!
ReplyDeleteI love both of these looks, but I'm definitely partial to the first one! And I totally have the same issue of looking like I'm wearing boy jeans in boyfriend jeans, so I'll have to take some style cues from you!

Boyfriend jeans can be challenging to style - especially if you still want to feel like a girl! I love both of your options - the red pumps and the leopard clutch are perfect!

Love this inspiration, I'm a huge fan of dressing them up with heels and a pretty top :)
ReplyDeleteae boyfriend jeans are the only ones that work for me!! love your options!
ReplyDeletesooo cute! i really want a pair. xo jillian - cornflake dreams
ReplyDeleteI love boyfriend jeans! I know they take some getting used to - mine are pretty loose in the lady parts area - but they are seriously so comfortable. The first look is my favorite - I may even have to recreate it myself since I have that graphic! :)
ReplyDeleteI resisted for a long time until I found some super cute ones at Express. I've paired mine with a chunky sweater and booties and a nice top, stilettos and a statement necklace. They are so versatile when you find a good pair.
ReplyDeleteI love these looks just gotta look for the right ones and see how they fit me lol. Love your options.
ReplyDeleteI really like both of these looks. Boyfriend jeans can be tricky, especially if they are more on the baggy side. I feel like I heard somewhere a long time ago that some girls will just size up in jeans to get a more fitted look than buying boyfriend style jeans.. Or maybe that was just one person. I don't remember. But I definitely think that dressing them up would help to give them a more polished, feminine look. I love the sparkly details in both!

I have honestly never tried a pair on… I just don't know how they would look on me, but I should give it a shot. Love these looks :)
ReplyDeleteohhhh I am swooning over that slouchy sequin top!!! (also, those nude sandals would be a great addition to ANY closet!) Love this!
ReplyDeletethose are some adorable looks! want to come style me? please and thank you :) xo

There is nothing I love like a good boyfriend jean look, but I have yet to find a pair I am crazy about! Most of my boyfriend jeans just turn into "high-waisted skinnies" after a wash or two!

Kylie
Loving both versions! The glitter top with them is so fun for a night out. Still comfy and casual though! :)

Love these outfits but I'm still not sure I would look good in those jeans. Love that sparkly top!
ReplyDeleteBoth of your styling options are chic! The sequin top is cute! I recently posted on styling sequins for day.

I lived in my boyfriend jeans last spring, and I am looking forward to wearing them again once it cools off a little bit. Both of the looks above are perfection!

LOVEEE all of your pics here! I don't have any, but I like the look for sure. It's just that every time I go to try some one, they swallow me. I just haven't found the right pair yet!
ReplyDeleteBoyfriend jeans are my favorite! I have a pair of AG jeans ones that I never take off!

I love both looks! I was able to find a pair at LOFT that had a great fit, they were relaxed without being too baggy, they have quickly become a favorite of mine.

I have yet to invest in a pair of boyfriends jeans. I love how they look styled on other girls, but I'm just unsure of them for myself!
ReplyDeletei really want to try this trend, but i just cant see it working on me. i have super big thighs so for jeans to go straight up and down like boyfriend jeans should, it just looks weird. i've tried. sigh. i like how other people look in them though, but i'll have to settle for my distressed skinnies lol
ReplyDeleteLove these looks! I can't get enough of boyfriend jeans!

love the contrast that boyfriend jeans give any outfit, now the winter winds are blowing though!
ReplyDeleteLoving both of the looks - think the second is more attempt-able for me, but then again, a t-shirt and jeans plus some heels looks so comfy and effortless.
ReplyDeleteLove!

ReplyDeleteI love the jeans you picked out - they look comfy and stylish!

I really have a hard time with boyfriend jeans too--but I think both ways you are going to style them is perfect!! I love the girl sparkly top, it offsets the baggier fit :)

You did a great job recreating these. While I love both options, the one with the blazer and graphic tee tug at my heart!

I've stayed away from they as well because I have no clue how to style them either but I think the best way is definitely with some heels to fancy it up. I love that off the shoulder sequin top in that upper pin.....you know like totally normal to rock that on the daily.....
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you posted this! I have a pair of boyfriend jeans that I love but I am so bad at styling them. This is super helpful and creative! xo
ReplyDeleteLoving look #1! It took me a while to embrace this trend too but I think the key to keeping it feminine is to style them with a heel or a pointed toe flat. I love them paired with a slouchy tee and a blazer. I think it just looks so effortless and fresh.

I love dressing up boyfriend jeans with a great blazer!
ReplyDeleteSincerely,

I would do the first look. I haven't done full on boyfriend jeans yet, but I do have a straight leg pair that a little looser than they should be, which is fine because skinny jeans are not my friend.

i feel like in theory it is awesome. i'm just not 100% sure it would look good on my body. but those who can pull it off - i love it on them!
ReplyDeleteI love how cute they look when they're dressed up! I definitely can't pull them off on my body type- but love all the looks you put together!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for taking the time to comment on my blog,I love hearing from my readers! I try to reply to every comment via e-mail so if you don't get a reply from me you might be a no reply blogger!
