Happy Monday loves! I thought this was a fitting picture to start my Monday since I'm starting my new job today... eek,  wish me luck! I'm going to most likely be MIA all day today but I promise I'll respond to comments as soon as I can! I'm super nervous but super excited to be starting a new job, it's been a LONG time since I started some place new so this is a big deal for me! But for now, linking up with one of my blogger besties, Biana, for a weekend recap!




Ok, so this wasn't exactly the weekend but last week I got to meet up with Kerri and Kate for a little blate and it was a blast! We started out with margaritas and queso at a local Mexican place to celebrate my new job then decided to go out for a few post happy hour drinks and darts. These ladies are so much fun, I'm so lucky to live near them so we can hang out!


Again, not really the weekend but I had to throw my little New Year's Eve celebration in my recap. We didn't do anything crazy but it was a lot of fun getting to hang out with some of my close friends with champagne, cookies and Cards Against Humanity. Oh yeah, and pop up Princess castles meant for toddlers but I totally fit in there! 


I spent some time snuggling with my pup before going back to work. He wasn't so happy about me no longer being at home with him during the day but hopefully he'll get over it. I definitely enjoyed all of our snuggle time the past few weeks! 
 
 
Made Wisconsin fried cheese curds and beer candied bacon and watched some football while playing Phase 10 and giant Jenga. 
 
 
On Sunday I went to early morning yoga, then attempted to get my iPhone fixed... we'll see if it actually worked. Then spent time watching my Bengals lose (again) in the playoffs. We just can't get it done in post season! So frustrating! Oh and spent some time outside since it was SO gorgeous out this weekend!

    Looks like you had a great time celebrating NYE and blating it up! Blates are the best! Beer candied bacon? Never heard of it but sounds amazing!!! I love Phase 10 and giant Jenga!
