Weekending

Friday night I made dinner, played some card games and went to bed early. Yup, I was in bed by 10 pm on a Friday night. I'm old and I don't care! Actually in my defense it had been a really long week and my internal alarm clock has been all kinds of messed up so I've been waking up at 5:30 am on work days (unnecessarily) and waking up multiple times during the night so sleep was necessary. Although our floors did come in this week so I messed around with them for a bit. What do you think of the color?

Id be dreading putting in the floors, too. We have that to "look forward to" sometime in the Spring when we re-do the flooring in our basement. I'll say some flooring prayers for you! :) That kitten is adorable and so is your outfit :)

ReplyDeleteLoving your floors, can't wait to see how the finished product comes out! Hope you can get back on a better sleep schedule soon, it's so frustrating to wake up a lot in the middle of the night when you know you need to be sleeping to prepare for the next day.

Grabbing a glass of wine is definitely a nice way to delay / avoid sitting in traffic. Sounds like you had such a nice weekend, I'm jealous of your beautiful warm weather!

The flooring is a gorgeous color! And that kitten IS adorable! Your part of Florida definitely seems more pleasant than my part of Florida currently!
