Happy Monday dolls! Another weekend gone by way too quickly! I didn't do a ton this weekend but that definitely isn't stopping me from wishing I was still in bed now. I can't believe this is the last week of March. Where is the time going? Does anyone else remember being in school and thinking the years dragged by? Oh what I wouldn't give for spring break again... ok, enough reminiscing. Let's link up with Biana and Meghan for my weekend recap!
Friday the weather was super crappy so instead of endure a hour plus drive home I met up with some friends and former co-workers at a bar half way between my house for a few drinks. We ended up playing a fun card game and hanging out longer than I had planned but it was nice to catch up. A few of us ended up going back to my house where I made dinner for everyone and we played Cards Against Humanity and darts.
Saturday I woke up early and went to the gym... I know, who am I? It was a gorgeous day but not quite warm enough to hit up the pool so I went out to lunch, rode my bike some and then relaxed and watched some movies. Saturday night they were playing Pirates of the Caribbean which happens to be one of my favorite movies so I was perfectly content just hanging out.
Sunday was just as gorgeous and Saturday so I decided to suck it up and go read by the pool for a bit before running errands. It was a teensy bit chilly to be out by the pool but I couldn't pass up a chance to spend some time in the gorgeous sunshine. Carly blogged about Big Little Lies last week so I downloaded that to read. After the pool I did my typcial Sunday afternoon/evening routine of grocery shopping, making lunches for the week and making my sweet little pup's homemade treats.
How was everyone else's weekend? Anyone do anything fun? Hope everyone has an amazing week!
Happy Friday lovelies! I'm not going to lie, I had every intention of taking today off from blogging since this week has been crazy ...
