Sequins and Sea Breezes: Kushyfoot Review

Kushyfoot Review

3/10/2015

I'm not usually a big sock person. Living in Florida I love that I get the luxury of wearing sandals most of the year but of course there comes that dreadful time where for a few months out of the year you just can't get by in sandals and wearing socks is a must. I'm always on the hunt for a super comfortable, no-slip sock so when Kushyfoot reached out to me to review some of their products I was more than happy to try them out!

Never heard of Kushyfoot before? Don't worry, I hadn't either until they reached out to me so I decided to do some investigating on their site to see what they're all about. Turns out Kushyfoot was created in 2003 and all of their products have a specially designed sole with a massaging sensation. If you know me, you know I love a good pedicure mainly for the foot massage so that sold me immediately. Kushyfoot was kind enough to send me a few products to try out, let's start with the Flats To Go.

I received the leopard Flats To Go and truthfully my first thought was "these are never going to fit my feet". I was surprisingly wrong! The material is very stretchy making them not only super comfortable but also easily foldable. Putting these on they felt more like slippers than shoes to me but considering they're meant to be slipped into your purse and then slipped on your sore feet at the end of the night, slippers sound just perfect.

The Kushyfoot Fleece Trouser are a serious must have for any one who lives up north or like me, who travels to London during the winter. They are so amazing soft an warm on the inside. It's like wearing sweatpants but way cuter!

The Kushyfoot foot covers were interesting. I loved the lace and the colors but it was weird for me to wear "socks" with anything other than boots or sneakers. I'm sure if I wore them out all night with heels they'd probably save my feet from the extreme torture I usually put them through but since I wasn't wearing heels for any long periods of time I couldn't really put that to the test.

Finally, the Kushyfoot opaque knee high socks. Again, perfect for someone living up north. I could see myself rocking these every day in the fall/winter if I live in NYC and had to bare the freezing cold commutes. Luckily I don't have that problem but they are perfect for lounging around in and keeping my feet/legs warm and cozy when I don't want to wear pants (which is a lot of the time).

What do you think? Have you ever tried Kushyfoot products before?

  23. I haven't heard of them, but those leopard flats look so cute!! i have been wanting to try some half socks with flats, because my feet sweat and it makes my flats smell (sorry lol) and i was hoping socks would help that, but who knows!

  28. I desperately need a pair of flats that are small enough to carry in my purse. With all these weddings, I usually end up walking around barefooted at the end of the night because I suck at wearing heels for hours on end. I also wear a lot of flats during the week so those foot covers might be a great things to look into.
