Happy Tuesday dolls! Hope everyone is having a fabulous week so far! It is definitely no secret that I have been LOVING palm print lately. No seriously, give me all the palm print things! The palm frond print used to be something that reminded me of a Hawaiian shirt but now I love the simplicity and a good palm frond print. I originally saw this romper when I was out shopping with my mom (right AFTER I had already purchased another romper for my birthday) but it kept sticking in my mind so I decided to go back and try it on a few days later. Usually when I do that the item I was lusting after is gone so I don't have to worry about it but in this case the romper was still there and in my size. If that's not a sign I had to get it I don't know what is!
So I tried it on in my regular size and cue the sad trombone... it didn't fit. The zipper on the back barely went up half way so I figured that was that and it was time to move on. In true "meant to be" fashion it turns out they had one left in the next size up and it fit me like a glove. I brought this romper with me to Key West and planned on wearing it out our last night but with my lovely sunburn and bruise from our all day boating excursion it didn't happen so instead I plan on taking it with me to Charleston to wear out with the girls! In Key West I had planned on wearing it with my Jack Rogers but for this I decided to dress it up a bit with my favorite black heels. Who know what I'll wear it with in Charleston but I love that it's so versatile!
